We are excited to announce a special session on the HR function and its role in the organization based on a key insight from Sadhguru, “Human is NOT a resource”, scheduled from 8th to 10th June, 2018 at the Isha Yoga Center. Over last 6 editions of our Isha INSIGHT program, we have been asking our participants, Top Executives from across different organizations, to list out their most pressing challenges. ‘Managing People’ has consistently emerged as amongst top three challenges irrespective of type of industry and size of the business. Based on the large volume of feedback and in response, this unique program has been created to re-think and re-imagine HR.

The program fee is Rs.1.25 lakh. The fee will include program cost, accommodation at the serene Yoga Center, all meals, as well as transportation to and from the airport. Taxes will be extra.
