India vs West Indies 3rd T20I: Washington Sundar, Yuzvendra Chahal return to playing XI in Chennai

Washington Sundar, Yuzvendra Chahal return to Indian playing eleven during the third T20I at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on Sunday. Washington Sundar’s last T20 was against Bangladesh at R Premadasa Stadium, March 18, 2018. Hence, the 19-year-old will be excited to make his return in front of his home crowd. With Kuldeep Yadav released from the squad, wrist spinner Yuzvendra Chahal automatically slots in.

Speaking at the toss India captain Rohit Sharma confirmed the changes. “We would have bowled first. We are playing with a long batting line-up. We have got Chahal and Washington in place of Kuldeep and Bumrah. Rayudu and Khaleel have done really well recently. [On his own form] I try to focus on the process and will try to do the same once again. But for me, it’s more about how the team does,” Rohit said.
