India vs West Indies 3rd T20I Highlight: India defeated West Indies by 7 wickets, clinching the series 3-0, at the Providence Stadium, Guyana on Tuesday.
After Deepak Chahar’s three wickets shocked West Indies in the beginning, brillance with the bat by Kieron Pollard steadied the ship for the Caribbeans. He scored his first half-century in seven years, before Rovman Powell propelled West Indies to a respectable 146/6.
KL Rahul began the innings commendably with a six in the first over, but he was made to walk right after Shikhar Dhawan was dismissed. But, a brilliant 106-run partnership between Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant guided India towards the victory. The 21-year-old Pant wrapped the match up with a six.
After the T20I series, India and West Indies will lock horns in a three-match ODI series which will be followed by a two-match Test series.

With KL Rahul opening for India, alongwith Shikhar Dhawan, it is Sheldon Cottrell on the other side. Rahul checked the opening two balls, before unleashing a big one to long-off. After a failed LBW shout, Cottrell finished the over without conceding anymore runs. IND are 6/0 after the first over.
An expensive final over by Navdeep Saini as 16 runs come off it. Rovman Powell comes with a late blitz as West Indies post a fighting 146/6 in 20 overs.

The ball was turning away from the batsman and he decided to hit against the spin. Fails to get the connection he would have hoped for as the ball falls just inside the boundary ropes. Navdeep Saini gets the big wicket of Keiron Pollard as he knocks off his middle stump. It was an off-cutter and Pollard fails to judge the slower delivery as the ball sneaks in between his bat and the pad to crash into the middle stump. Full-toss from Krunal Pandya and it gets the treatment it deserved. Keiron Pollard delivers when his team needs him the most as he completes his FIFTY. Meanwhile, West Indies also reach the 100-run-mark in the 15th over.
Navdeep Saini finally breaks the 66-run stand between Pollard and Pooran. An away swinging delivery and Pooran tries to drive the ball towards the offside. However, it takes an outside edge and Pant completes a good diving catch to send the batsman back to the pavilion on 17. WI: 80/4 (13.1 overs)

However, the batsman is not happy with the decision as he decides to go upstairs. TV replay shows that the ball's impact was on the line, there was no edge and it was knocking the middle stumps. Brilliantly taken by Navdeep Saini at mid-on as Deepak Chahar provides Windies an early blow. Sunil Narine departs on 2. Chahar shortens his length and Narine tries to pull it wide of the fielder at mid-on. Rohit Sharma on Sunday became the most prolific six-hitter in T20 Internationals surpassing Chris Gayle's record of 105 sixes by hitting three maximums on his way to a 51-ball 67.
