EPGM is a 9 month multi-modular general management and leadership program that introduces mid-career managers and leaders to the latest MIT thought leadership in the areas of innovation, strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

The multi-modular learning journey includes three on-campus terms and two off-campus terms.
